From boardroom to emergency room
IncusER training takes place in a real emergency room simulation suite. Structured sessions before and afterwards ensure relevant learnings from the emergency room are applied to the boardroom. The simulation provides a valuable and safe space for up to 20 participants to learn, fail and develop.
Scenarios include:
Saving the lives of patients involved in serious car accidents.
Treating burns victims.
Managing an acutely psychotic patient.

The IncusER programme has been designed by the UK’s leading experts in medical simulations and immersive learning experiences to help teams make effective, high stakes decisions in pressured situations with limited information.
Relevant to each participant
The programme takes into account participants’ individual learning needs. Following the experience, each participant is offered an ongoing personal development programme, linked to their performance in the simulation.
To ensure the learning is translated back into the workplace, ongoing coaching and development support is provided for individuals and teams. Each participant even gets their own personalised scrubs to take home!
